That new giant pixel Candy Cane looks like a real eye catcher, nice job Bruce.

This is awesome Bruce, I love it!

2015 - all dumb light strings, and a 10' 12 string mega tree
2016 - Raspberry Pi running FPP for a master, using 36 channels of a renzilla to run a 20' - 12 string Mega Tree, a 10' - 12 string Mega Tree, and 12 incan candy canes (6 green, 6 red), and 2 ESPixel sticks running a 50 node star on each tree. totaling 336 chanels.
2017 - Added a green spiral to the 10' tree, 1 chromabulb, and a nativity scene bringing the channel count to 819.
2018 - Will be adding a red spiral to the 10' tree, and if I can get some more lights rounded up I might have some 4'-6' candle wire frames, and a few Really Big Lights hacked into pixels.

Very nicely done. It looks like a clean build and is sure to be an eye catcher!

Very nice. Besides, you will love the new shed. Just make it large enough for "future expansion".
